Sunday May 4th:
Friday, May 2nd was Jeff's last class at Kung Fu. He
moved to N.B. on Saturday morning. We'll miss you Jeff. Hope
you continue your training and come visit us whenever you're
in Halifax.
Dave did he Yellow Sash exam today. Congratulations to you
Dave.
Congratulations to all those
who
went to Amherst on Saturday May 3rd for the
tournament. I am very proud of all of you on a job well
done. You all represented Five Animal Kung Fu very well. You
all make my stay in even that more meaningful. Keep up the
great work!
Ashley, Lucas, Wes, Leslie, Aldore, Ibrahem, Sean, Ryan,
Haley, Andrew and Sujani all did very well. :o)
Monday April 20th:
Congratulations to Ryan on his Blue Sash Test. You
have a great deal of power and talent. Keep up the hard
training. You'll go a long way.
Saturday April 19th: Congratulations to Jamie
on an excellent Blue Sash Exam. Jamie is only the 5th
student in my 12 years of being here in Halifax who got a
perfect 10 on Stances in the Test. Keep up the great work
Jamie!
Wednesday April 16th: Gilles did his Orange Sash test today.
All the hard work he has put into his training finally paid
off. Gilles is now Orange Sash. Congratulations to you Sir!
Tuesday April 15th: Congratulations to
Mitch for doing a very, very well done test for his Orange
Sash!. You've come a long way. Keep up the good work Mitch.
Monday April 14th: To make life easier Five
Animal Kung Fu will now accept DEBIT payments right at the
School. Yeah you heard it right!
Sunday April 13th: Congratulations to Tae
on a job well done on his Blue Sash Exam and to Sophie also
on a job well done on her Orange Sash Exam. Keep up the good
work both of you.
It is really nice to see the school growing. Has taken
a very long time but it's heading in the right direction.
Thank you to all how have stuck with it.

Sunday, March 30th: Yesterday, there was a
Mix Martial Arts Tournament in Truro Nova Scotia. Five of my
student participated and despite the rules not being catered
to our style, did very well. Haley won Gold in Forms doing
the Complete Tiger. Sujani won Gold in Sparring & Silver in
Forms doing Complete Tiger. Mitch won Gold in Forms doing
complete Tiger and Bronze in Sparring . Sean won Gold in
Forms Complete Snake, Silver in Sparring and Silver in
Weapons doing Advance Staff. Ryan won Gold in Forms, doing
Complete Crane, Gold in Weapons doing Sai and had to leave
for before sparring. Congratulations to all. I am very proud
of you. Keep up the good work.
Sunday March 30th: Today Hayley did her Orange Sash Exam and
did very well. Congratulations Haley.
